TYPES OF GRANTS
  • Grants for teachers and educational institutions for outstanding student performance
    A grant is awarded to 20 educational organizations in accordance with the ranking of their contribution to the physics-and-mathematics education of the Republic of Tatarstan. The ranking takes into account the results of Olympiads and the Unified State Exam in mathematics, computer science, and physics, as well as graduates’ enrollment in higher education institutions of Tatarstan.

    For teachers, 100 grants are awarded based on surveys of graduates who have achieved outstanding results in mathematics, physics, and computer science (according to Olympiad and Unified State Exam outcomes), with final confirmation by an independent expert commission.

    Educational organizations and teachers who receive the grant organize events to share their experience with teachers across the republic and provide advisory and methodological support to teachers in the districts of Tatarstan, including those implementing cycles of activities for mass mathematics clubs and physics-and-mathematics classes within the project. «Физико-математический прорыв».
  • Grant support for beginning teachers
    A grant is awarded to 150 mathematics and physics teachers within the framework of the “Our New Teacher” project.

    Grant support is provided to build a community of highly motivated teachers who possess advanced practices in teaching mathematics, as well as to address the shortage of teaching staff, increase the prestige of the teaching profession, and attract new teachers to educational organizations.
  • Grant support for school students to participate in off-site events
    A grant for 200 school students.

    An important element of a school student’s learning is participation in intensive summer/winter schools (training camps) or mathematics tournaments. The Republic of Tatarstan has created a unique system of off-site events (schools and tournaments) that requires support. A grant for the most successful and financially needy school students to participate in off-site events will provide a mechanism for supporting both the students and the event organizers within the republic.
